One popular avenue for achieving a programmable network is to use OpenDaylight (ODL) as a SDN controller for programmable physical and virtual network elements. We have created an application note that takes a deeper look into how ODL can interact with ConfD based devices over NETCONF.

You can access this new application note by clicking on the image or link below. You will learn how to configure ODL and ConfD to communicate over NETCONF and how to do simple "get and set" RESTCONF RPCs to ODL to access configuration data stored in ConfD.
