ConfD Developer Days 2019 is just a little more than four weeks away. And we couldn’t be more excited about the sessions we have lined up this year. We have broken the sessions into two segments to focus on those that are beginners to ConfD and those with a bit more history and knowledge with the solution. We hope this will help deliver more focused information to our attendees needs.
If you haven’t registered there is still plenty of time to:
The ConfD organization will be well represented with members of the engineering, support, and field technical teams there to help address your questions. As with any event, networking with your peers and rubbing shoulders with like-minded professionals creates valuable interactions amongst attendees.
For those of you still considering attending, there are a few slots remaining. We also have discounts available for ConfD customers, please contact your account manager.

Given the number of features in ConfD and the different configurations one can have when working with ConfD, the challenge of debugging issues can become quite complex.
It became clear that ConfD users needed a troubleshooting guide that provides an introduction to the debugging tools, techniques, and best practices for ConfD application development. We wrote the “ConfD Troubleshooting Guide” to provide you with best practice guidance for debugging and writing support request tickets.
Download our guide to get a deep dive into scenarios that prove more challenging than others to debug, such as CDB locks.
EANTC NETCONF and YANG Interop TestingIt is that time of year again for the EANTC test cycle to start. We would like to encourage everyone to become involved, propose test cases, and participate in the interop testing. We continue to participate in and support the EANTC NETCONF and YANG interoperability testing. With the ever-expanding network device market, it is important to ensure that the programmable interfaces are indeed interoperable and are properly configured using NETCONF and YANG. We invite you to participate in the 2020 EANTC testing with the results being presented at the MPLS+SDN+NFV World Congress event March 31 to April 3, 2020. The actual interoperability testing occurs at EANTC a few weeks prior to the Congress. To learn more about the event and testing you can go to the EANTC website. |
We have seen a huge transition as more and more network engineering teams move towards a service-oriented approach to network management.
When debugging issues in ConfD, one should have a good understanding of what is involved inside and outside of ConfD when the issue is reproduced.
